All of our items of body jewellery are handled as little as possible but they are not autoclaved / sterilised prior to dispatch. We strongly recommend that our customers sterilise any piece of body jewellery prior to insertion into a piercing.

The Red Piranha Glossary, Materials Guide and individual product information pages, provide guidance about piercings, jewellery types and materials. The information shown on these pages is intended purely as guidance and should not be relied upon. We recommend that our customers seek appropriate advice from an Approved Body Piercer or a reputable body piercing studio if they have any concerns regarding their piercings. We also recommend that our customers seek medical advice if they think their piercing may be infected or may have any other concerning symptoms.

Red Piranha does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from our customers using our products or for any complications following the use of our body jewellery. We will also not be held responsible for replacing any item of body jewellery which is damaged as a result of the customers misuse of the item or failure to care for / maintain the item appropriately. All of our items of body jewellery are sent to our customers in heat sealed clear gripper bags. It should be fully inspected by the customer before the gripper bag is opened, as by opening the gripper bag the customer is confirming that the item of body jewellery has reached them in perfect condition.
