Red Piranha aims to dispatch all orders on either the day that they are placed or the next working day. However, each individual item page will give you more details about the usual dispatch time for that particular item.
From time to time a size, style or colour option may be temporarily out of stock. If a specific item / size etc is temporarily out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your Fishing Net (aka your 'Basket') and the product page will state 'Out of Stock' next to the options which are not currently in stock.
If the usual dispatch time varies depending on the size ordered, you will be advised of the usual dispatch time for the particular size you have selected once you have added it to your Fishing Net.
If we have any problems with your order we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know about the status of your order and when you can expect delivery. It is therefore important that you make sure that the contact details you provide us with are correct.

Royal Mail First Class (FREE for orders over £10):
1-3 day service. 98% of all packages arrive the next day. Deliveries are made during the week and on Saturdays. Non-trackable. Not insured.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Signed For):
1-3 day service. Non-trackable. 98% of all packages arrive the next day. Deliveries are made during the week and on Saturdays. A signature is required on delivery. Recommended for orders up to the value of £41 / Insured up to £41.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 1pm):
Next day guaranteed delivery to UK addresses. Deliveries are made during the week and on Saturdays. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery. Recommended for orders over the value of £41. Insured up to £500.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 9am):
Next day guaranteed delivery to UK addresses. Deliveries are made during the week and on Saturdays. This is a tracked service and a signature is required on delivery. Recommended for orders over the value of £41. Insured up to £500.
Airmail (FREE for orders over £10):
Europe / Worldwide Orders sent by Airmail usually arrive within 7 working days of being posted but may take longer depending on your countries postal service and any delays caused by customs. Please note that items sent by this method are not insured or trackable, although we do obtain a certificate of posting for all orders sent by Airmail.
Signed For Airmail (Airsure):
Europe / Worldwide Orders sent by Airsure usually arrive within 7 working days of being posted but may take longer depending on your countries postal service and any delays caused by customs. This is a tracked service. Orders sent by Airsure are insured up to the value of £500.
Our customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method when they go through our checkout. We will not be held responsible for any items once they have been dispatched if the recommended method of shipping was not selected at the time the order was placed so please make your choice at the checkout carefully and based on the recommendations above.
If you request a delivery service that requires your delivery to be signed for, it is your responsibility to make sure someone is at your address to sign for your delivery. If there is no one to sign for the delivery then Royal Mail will leave you a card detailing your options for redelivery and your order will be taken back to your local sorting office. Royal Mail sorting offices usually hold deliveries for a week and then return them to the sender. If your order is returned to use because you were not in to sign for your delivery and have not arranged redelivery with the sorting office / collected your order from them, we will get in touch with you to discuss redelivery costs.
By completing an order with Red Piranha you agree that these approximate delivery times are acceptable and that any delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. In the unlikely event of your order not being delivered to you within 28 days of dispatch, please contact Royal Mail / your local Post Office using the details we provided you with in your dispatch notice email. Should delivery of your order be delayed for more than 28 days, we will be happy to assist with enquiries to Royal Mail, but WE ARE NOT THE POST OFFICE AND WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OR SPEED OF THEIR SERVICES. Most deliveries that are reported as lost are packages that have been returned to your local Post Office following attempted delivery. Once shipped, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for an order until 56 working days have passed, allowing time for the Post Office to correct any late delivery problems or to return undelivered packages to us.
Red Piranha only keeps proof of postage receipts for 3 months. Non-delivery of orders must be reported within this time period. Red Piranha cannot investigate non-deliveries after this time.
All Red Piranha orders are well packaged in clear, resealable gripper bags, inside padded envelopes. All orders are packaged within our funky RED padded envelopes, which is part of our branding. However, if you would like your order to be dispatched in a more discreet brown padded envelope, please click this option when you go through our checkout. You can be assured that none of our external packaging states where the order is from or what is contained within it.
