Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy
Any returns must be authorised in writing by Red Piranha Piercing within 7 days of the day that your order was received.
Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept any returns of body jewellery where the internal sealed packet has been opened, due to the intimate nature of the items we sell.
We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised or declined returns, in which case the cost of the item will not be refunded.
Any items that are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold will be returned to the customer and the cost of the item will not be refunded.
Unless the item is found to be faulty, the amount credited to the customer will be less the initial postage cost that we incurred where free postage was given. In order to return an item to us, please click on the 'Product Returns Form' on the original order invoice that we sent to you via email or alternatively click here to go to directly to the returns form. The form will ask you to provide us with the following information so we can process your returned item(s):
- Your name, address and email address.
- Your order number.
- The name / details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason you wish to return the item(s).
- What outcome you would like (replacement item or refund).
Please DO NOT send anything back to us until you receive an email from us confirming that your return has been authorised. Failure to do this may result in your return being refused and sent back to you.
Once authorised you will receive a returns number, which must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the envelope you are returning your item in.
You should then send the item back to us at the address you will be provided with in the email authorising the return. You should use an appropriate shipping method and in suitable packaging. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Red Piranha Piercing. We will not be held responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Our shipping couriers will generally try at least two delivery attempts before the order is sent back to us. If you are using a shipping method that requires the recipient to sign for the package please ensure you or someone on your behalf is available to sign for the package. You will be liable for any additional return or resend charges if you are not available to sign for your package and this results in it being returned to us.
Complaints
Red Piranha Piercing takes pride in its service and the quality of its goods. We take complaints very seriously and will act on them as a priority. We aim to resolve problems quickly and effectively. If you wish to make a complaint, please use our Contact Us feature to email us with the details of your complaint and how you would like this resolved. Alternatively, you can call us on 0191 6451668, Monday - Friday 7.30am - 6:30pm (GMT). In the event of us being unable to take your call, please leave a message and a contact telephone number and we will return your call within 24 hours.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. We will not accept extra charges for other courier services or guaranteed next day services. Products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different item from our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please let us know which items you would like as replacements when you contact us to ask for the return to be authorised. We will charge you for the cost of sending replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your new replacement order may incur.
