The Red Piranha Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Red Piranha and may only be amended in writing. The Red Piranha Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Delivery Information and Copyright Information also form part of the Red Piranha Terms and Conditions. Please read these documents alongside these Terms and Conditions.

Waiver of any part of the Red Piranha Terms and Conditions by us on any particular occasion, does not affect the application of these Terms and Conditions in the future, all of which will apply at all other times unless agreed in writing.

Red Piranha may amend or remove any part of the Red Piranha website at any time without notice.

No part of the Red Piranha website or marketing materials may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

Due to the nature of the Internet there may be interruptions to the availability of the Red Piranha website, for example due to repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new services.

Red Piranha does not share any information (personal or financial) with any outside company or third party.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on the website are in UK £GBP (pound sterling).

All prices on the Red Piranha website are full and final and are not open to negotiation. We do not charge VAT. Any errors that occur with our pricing will result in your order being suspended whilst we attempt to contact you to make you aware of this and ascertain whether you still wish to go ahead with your order. Additional payments may be required. If we have not received a response from you within 7 days we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

We use Paypal and NoChex to handle all of our online orders. You can pay with most major credit cards. Our shopping basket will transfer you by a secure connection to make payment directly with your chosen payment provider to ensure it is a safe and secure transaction. Your credit card details are never shared with us. We do not see any credit card details at all. You do not need a Paypal account or need to sign up with Paypal to pay by credit or debit card. Paypal payment made by Paypal ‘echeque’ will take 7 - 9 days for Paypal to process. This will therefore delay the dispatch of your order until cleared funds are received.

By purchasing an item from Red Piranha, you agree that all of the details you provide to Red Piranha for the purpose of purchasing goods are correct. You also agree that any credit or debit card that you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered and the type of postage required.

Red Piranha customers are responsible for Import Duty in their respective countries where applicable.

All orders placed with Red Piranha must be paid for in full before any goods are shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Red Piranha until paid for in full.

When a large order is placed or a customer has provided insufficient details, Red Piranha may on occasion require a credit check, which may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed. For security reasons, in some cases we may require extra verification of identity to accompany your credit card purchase. If this is necessary we will contact you to request whatever extra information we require.

Membership

Red Piranha may remove, cancel or suspend your membership / account and access to / use of the Red Piranha website without notice as a result of any breach of the Red Piranha Piercing Terms and Conditions.

To become a member of Red Piranha you must register and choose a username and password. You are responsible for all actions undertaken under that particular username and password. You agree that you will only use the Red Piranha website under your own username and password. You may not transfer or sell your username and password to anyone, or allow anyone to use your username or password. You are totally responsible for the security and confidentiality of your individual username and password. Red Piranha reserves the right to cancel or suspend any accounts without notice.

Ordering

Every order is treated individually and will be processed as such.

Red Piranha may change or discontinue the availability of its products at any time without notice.

You can purchase any Red Piranha product via either of the following methods:

1. Place an order online on our website at www.redpiranhapiercing.com and pay for your order online via one of our electronic payment methods.

2. Place an order online on our website at www.redpiranhapiercing.com and pay for your order by cheque or postal order. Place your order as usual and then select 'Cheque or Postal Order' as your payment option when you get to our checkout. You can then send us your cheque / postal order by post to our postal address (Red Piranha Piercing Ltd, 50 Walden Close, Ouston, Chester-le-Street, Co. Durham, DH2 1TF). Please provide a copy of your order confirmation email in the same envelope as your payment. Your order will not be dispatched until cleared payment is received. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to ‘Red Piranha Piercing Ltd’.

When ordering online on the Red Piranha website, once your order has been completed we will send you an automated e-mail to confirm your order. This e-mail is automated and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that you have placed your order, that we have received it and that it will now progress through our ordering system.

All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Red Piranha reserves the right to cancel any order if it is reasonable to do. If an Order is cancelled then any payment made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to the Red Piranha Terms and Conditions only if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so, as per our Returns Policy.

All products are subject to availability. Red Piranha works hard to maintain accurate stock levels. However in the unlikely event of an item on your order being out of stock, we will contact you to ask whether you would like the item to be deleted from your order and a refund given, whether you would like the unavailable item replaced with a similar item, whether you would like us to hold onto your order until the item ordered comes back into stock. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days we reserve the right to choose whichever option we feel is the most appropriate option for you and your order.

We guarantee that any body jewellery you receive from Red Piranha will be in new and unused condition. We cannot guarantee that it will be sterile and as per our Disclaimer, we recommend that you sterilise your body jewellery before inserting it into your piercing.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please use our ‘Contact Us’ feature to let us know, quoting your order number and reason for cancelling the order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You would then need to wait until you have received your order and then follow our Returns Policy.

All of our body jewellery is sold singularly as one individual piece, unless stated otherwise. If an item is sold in pairs, this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
